Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information DWT Waste Management collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. DWT Waste Management is responsible for your information.

1. Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you are interested in, your message and the page you sent it from. If you phone or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.

The contact form is sent through FormHQ, the form service this website uses, which passes your message to our team.

2. Website analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Fathom does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not build a profile of you. We see totals only, such as how many people visited a page, which country they were in and whether they sent an enquiry. No one can be identified from it.

Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical information such as your IP address so that pages can be delivered and the site kept secure.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.

4. Keeping your information safe

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and we only share your information with the services named above, which help us run the site and reply to you.

5. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your information, in certain circumstances
  • restrict or stop using your information, in certain circumstances

To do any of these, contact us at info@dwtwaste.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as GOV.UK. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their own privacy policies.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
